Supplementary Revised Provisions (Official Standard Translation)
An item (6) is added to Article 6:
(6) K visa, issued to foreign young scientific and technological talents entering China.
An item (6) is added to the first paragraph of Article 7:
(6) To apply for a K visa, applicants shall satisfy the qualification criteria for foreign young scientific and technological talents formulated by relevant competent Chinese authorities and submit corresponding supporting documents.
