Program Overview
1. Regular Visiting Student Program
Duration: 0.5–1 year. Extension may be possible upon application.
Students take Chinese language or other specialized courses as required. Upon completion and passing examinations, students receive a BFSU Certificate of Completion.

3. Short‑Term Visiting Student Program
Duration: 1–8 weeks. Students receive a BFSU Certificate of Study upon completion.

Admission Requirements
High school graduate. Applicants under 18 years old must obtain university approval and provide a notarized guardian document in China.
Non‑Chinese citizens holding a valid ordinary passport for private affairs, in accordance with the Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China.
Good physical and mental health, meeting the health examination requirements for a Chinese visa/residence permit and the university’s admission standards; able to study and live normally in China.
No record of disciplinary violations, public security penalties, or criminal offenses; friendly toward China, of good conduct, law‑abiding, and respectful of Chinese customs.
Application & Admission Procedures
1. Application
BFSU adopts an online application system. Applicants must register and submit applications via the BFSU International Student Online Service System.

Application periods: October 15 – December 15; March 10 – May 31. Applications in Chinese or English are accepted.
Information must be true, accurate, complete, and valid. False or incomplete information leading to admission issues will be the applicant’s sole responsibility.
All supporting documents must be color scanned copies; original documents must be retained for verification.
Data collection, use, and protection follow the BFSU International Student Privacy Policy.
2. Document Review & Assessment
Applications will be reviewed. Entrance examinations or assessments may be conducted for certain majors. Admission is merit‑based.
Applicants may check application status and notices via the online system.
3. Admission
Successful applicants will receive an Admission Notice. Depending on Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Immigration Administration policies and study duration, an electronic JW202 Form / DQ Form will be sent to the applicant’s registered email.
4. Document Verification
After admission, documents will be verified. Any violation may result in admission withdrawal and cancellation of enrollment eligibility.
5. Registration
New students must register by the date specified in the Admission Notice. Failure to register without valid reason will be considered voluntary withdrawal.

6. Eligibility Check

Medical Insurance

All payments and refunds are in RMB.
Application fee: non‑refundable, paid online upon submission.
Degree students: tuition paid annually.
