Dear students,

Winter vacation is coming! This year’s winter holiday will be from January 12 to February 24, 2026. Student registration is scheduled for February 25-27. Please plan your holiday accordingly and make sure to return to BFSU on time for registration.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday, we would like to remind you of the following safety precautions, whether you are traveling or staying on campus!

PART ONE

For students who stay on campus

Strictly follow the dormitory management regulations. Smoking in the dormitory buildings, unauthorized wiring, and the use of high-power electrical appliances are prohibited. Take care with electricity and fire to prevent accidents.

Do not lend your room keys to others or allow visitors to stay overnight.

Engage in recreational activities in moderation. When holding gatherings in dormitories or on campus, please keep noise levels down and avoid disturbing others. Binge drinking, causing disturbances, and fighting are strictly prohibited.

Stay away from drugs and do not engage in any drug-related activities.

Running businesses or engaging in commercial activities on campus is not permitted.

Missionary work or religious gatherings are not allowed on campus.

Do not organize or participate in protests, petitions or any activities without adequate safety measures.

PART TWO

For students who travel off campus

Keep your phone reachable at all times when traveling. In case of an emergency, contact your teacher immediately or dial 110 for police assistance.

Drink in moderation. Avoid fighting or causing trouble. Do not travel with strangers or accept food or drinks from them. Whenever possible, travel with companions.

In China, vehicles and pedestrians keep to the right. Please observe traffic rules and stay highly alert to traffic safety. Do not take unlicensed taxis, ride unlicensed motorbikes or e-bikes, drive under the influence of alcohol, or carry passengers while cycling.

When traveling or sightseeing, maintain strong personal safety awareness. Stay informed about weather forecasts and safety alerts, avoid unnecessary risks, and take appropriate precautions.

Pay attention to public health and food safety. Dine at licensed restaurants to help prevent seasonal infectious diseases.

Be vigilant against theft and telecom fraud to protect your personal safety and property. Be cautious of fraudulent messages: do not transfer money or make payments without verification, do not share verification codes or other information that may compromise account security, do not click on unknown links, and do not enter personal information casually. Avoid participating in fake online tasks, cashback schemes, random prize draws, or

unverified part-time job opportunities.
