Greetings! The online reservation for the Spring Semester 2026 accommodation in our university's International Student Dormitories will begin soon. Please see the details below.

I.Basic Information

1.  Who Can Apply

a.  Current international students enrolled at Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Note: Students who have retained their dormitory and did not check out during the winter vacation do not need to make a reservation.

b.  New international students admitted to Beijing Foreign Studies University for the Spring Semester 2026.

Note: Full scholarship students and exchange students whose agreements include accommodation arrangements will have rooms reserved in advance and do not need to book online.

2.  About Dormitories: The International Student Dormitories are located on the university campus. For detailed information, please visit:

3.  How to Book

Please apply by following the "Reservation instructions for accommodation in BFSU International Student Service System" (refer to Attachment 1). Given limited dormitory resources, the reservation is made on a first-come-first-served basis until all available rooms are fully booked. 

If you have not registered an account, please refer  to "How to register a new account of BFSU International Student Service System" (refer to Attachment 2) to register and link your student information.

4.Reservation Period (Beijing Time): From 9:00 a.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026 to 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026, until fully booked.

II.Reservation Procedures

1.  Browse: View available room types, prices, and vacancies online.

2.  Apply: Select your preferred room and and available inventory, and submit your application during the reservation period.

3.  Confirm: Wait for staff review. When the system shows "Status: Confirmed" , it indicates a successful reservation.

4.  No deposit is required.

5. After making a successful reservation, it is necessary to complete the check-in process within the designated period (February 25 – February 27, 2026). Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation. If you cannot check in on time due to objective reasons, please notify your school/department in advance and provide supporting documents (See attachment 3 “Contact information of the institutes and Schools”).

III.Important Requirements

1. Upon arrival, you must complete the check-in procedures at the front desk and sign the  "Letter of Commitment on Accommodation at BFSU" (See attachment 4).

2. During your stay, you must pay the accommodation fees in full and on time (payable by semester at check-in), comply with Chinese laws and university regulations, and adhere strictly to all university accommodation management rules.
