Dear international students:
Greetings everyone! As the new semester is approaching, some rooms of International Student Apartment of Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) will be available for online reservations. Details are as follows:
I.Basic Information
1.Target students:international students of BFSU who have no accommodation arrangements (Dormitories have been reserved for recipients of full scholarships, interuniversity exchange students exempted from accommodation fees, and students in some special programs, these students do not need to make online reservations; Students who haven't checked out and kept their rooms during summer vacation do not need to make online reservations). If you are not sure whether you have accommodation arrangements, please contact us via email to confirm (Email: hexianfeng@bfsu.edu.cn).
2.Introduction to the apartment:International Student Apartment sits inside BFSU, please refer to the following link for details:

3.Booking URL:http://study.bfsu.edu.cn. Please reserve your room as instructed by “Reservation instructions for accommodation in BFSU International Student Service System” (see Attachment). Given limited dormitory resources, the reservation is made on a first-come-first-served basis until all available rooms are booked up. If you haven't registered before, please refer to "How to register a new account of BFSU International Student Service System" (see Attachment) to register a new account and bind your study information.
4.Reservation time(all inBeijing time): From 9:00 am on August 15 (Tuesday) to 9:00 am on August 20 (Sunday), 2023, subject to availability.
II.Reservation Procedures
1.Look through room types, rates, vacancies, and other information online.
2.Select the room according to your needs and the number of rooms available, and then submit your application when the reservation system is open.
3.Wait for the review and processing by the relevant staff. When the system displays "Status: Confirmed", it means your reservation for accommodation is completed.
4.You are not required to pay deposit after reservation.
5.After successful reservations, please check in at BFSU during the registration period (from August 30, 2023 to September 1, 2023). Overdue check-in will not be accepted and the reserved dormitory will not be retained. Students who cannot check in on time for objective reasons need to explain to the Overseas Students Affairs Office and provide supporting documents.
III.Relevant requirements
1.When checking in, students must go through the accommodation registration procedures at the front desk.
2.During the stay, students must pay the accommodation fee in time and in full amount (pay by semester when checking in), observe the laws and regulations of China and the rules of BFSU, and obey BFSU’s provisions for accommodation management and articles in the Accommodation Agreement.
