If you want to book rooms for next semester (Feb.2019---Jun.2019), please log on http://study.bfsu.edu.cn.
Online application date and time:
13:00 Dec. 26, 2018 ---17:00 Dec. 28, 2018
After submitting the application order, you must pay 500 yuan for the reservation at the place of payment before 20：00 p.m. Dec 28.For those who have not paid the fee, the reservation will be canceled.
If you book rooms in Guojiaolou or Building No.1, please come to the front desk in Guojiaolou to pay for deposit. If you book rooms in White Building or Building No.6, please come to the front desk in White Building to pay for deposit.
We will keep the rooms for you until the deadline Feb.22.If you don’t check in before the deadline, the reservation will be canceled from Feb.23. If you have made reservations and won’t check out in winter vacation, please change your rooms before Feb.19. You can’t change rooms after Feb.20 because the new students have registered.
If you cancel your reservation because of your personal reasons, the deposit is not refundable.
If you have paid your room fee until Feb.22 2019 or after Feb.22 and won’t change rooms, you needn’t book rooms online. We will keep the room for you.
You can take back your 500 Yuan deposit until you have paid your whole semester room fee. Go to the reception for refund according to the notice time.
The numbers of rooms for reservation will be announced on Dec. 25.
