Dear International students,

To enhance road traffic safety and avoid potential fire hazard for the dormitory caused by battery charging, our University has always been prohibiting international students from driving electric bicycles and motorcycles. To tackle this problem, we launched many intensive campaigns which have taken effect. Many students have voluntarily disposed of their electric bicycles or motorcycles.

However, some students continue to drive these unlicensed vehicles on road or in and out of the campus, and bring the batteries into dormitory for charging, showing a disregard for the regulations of the University and Beijing Government, and posing a grave threat to the safety of life and property of their own and others.

 We request students who are still retaining or driving such illegal vehicles to voluntarily dispose of them before May 7. After the date, we will lock these vehicles. The locked Electric Bicycles and Motorcycles can be returned after June 30.

Please deal with the illegal e-bike and motorcycle inside the campus as soon as possible.
