a. Students need to take all the required materials (original copies only) and register in person.
b. Dates and times: February 28th and March 1st, 2018 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

d. Materials Required: Admission Notice, JW201/202 Form, Passport (original copies of the above), Signed Letter of Commitment, four two-inch photos (white background). If you have completed the physical examination in your home country, please bring all the physical examination records and other relevant materials (original copies only) with you. Those who live off campus please bring Registration Form of Temporary Residence.
Procedure:
Desk No.1: show your Admission Notice to get the registration form and other materials.
Desk No.2: hand in your official photos and have pictures taken. (The digital image is only for archives and can’t replace traditional photos; Registration for Scholarship student
Desk No.3: buy the insurance.
Desk No.4: get tuition and accommodation bill. If you live outside the campus, please have your address registered at this Desk.
Desk No.5: pay the tuition and accommodation fee.
Desk No.6: check the visa.
Desk No.7:finish the registration. Register for the trip to the Great Wall.(limited number:50-100)
Desk No. 8: register at your department. Get the Exam Permit and other materials.
