The international student registration for the Spring Semester 2025 has been successfully completed at Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU). The registration took place from February 19th to 21st, welcoming over 1,100 international students from 98 countries, including nearly 300 new students.

Technological means were employed to facilitate the registration, with human-centered care conveyed to the students. To enhance efficiency, the registration was carried out at the service hall on the first floor of the Student Center at the East Campus. The one-stop service covered all necessary procedures, including information verification, insurance, visa processing, accommodation, payment, and campus card application. Digital tools were used for real-time information synchronization, reducing student wait times in queues. Multilingual service stations were set up, with both local and international student volunteers providing reliable guidance. Academic units such as the International Business School and the School of Chinese Language and Literature actively participated in the registration work, continually innovating service models to help new students better adapt to campus life.

Following the registration, schools of BFSU will organize a series of activities, including legal safety lectures, faculty-student interaction sessions, campus tours, and city explorations, all designed to support the academic and personal pursuits of international students.
