From September 4th-6th, the registration process for international students was successfully competed at BFSU. Over 1,200 international students from 92 countries registered including nearly 500 new students.
For students’ convenience, a one-stop registration site was set up for international students at the Service Hall on the first floor of the Student Center in the East Campus, allowing them to complete all necessary steps in one location, including information verification, insurance, visa processing, accommodation, fee payment, to the issuance of campus cards.
Various departments at BFSU such as the International Business School and the School of Chinese Language and Literature were actively engaged in welcoming new students, helping them better adapt to their new campus life.
On the morning of September 6th. President Jia Wenjian, along with relevant department heads, visited the registration site and welcomed new students. He also expressed gratitude to the faculty and student volunteers supporting the orientation work.
In the future, the Overseas Students Affairs Office will continue to collaborate with relevant departments to further optimize the processes, providing a better experience for international students studying at BFSU.
