On Saturday, 28thof October, overseas students from School of Chinese Language and Literature participated in 2017 Long-distance Walking Around Kunming Lake for International Friends hosted in Summer Palace.
Despite of the cold weather, students were enthusiastic about the activity themed on natural scenery, health and Belt and Road. Students merged into the nature and enjoyed harmony between human and nature through physical exercises and mental pleasure. The walk covered 8 km from Wenchang Hall, east bank of Kunming Lake, Farming and Weaving Picture Scenic Area and back to Wenchang Hall. All the BFSU students finished the walk with no one left behind. Students felt that they both made new friends and appreciated the beautiful scenery of Summer Palace.
