In Tianjin, students visited Yu River around Yangliuqing area and the renowned Yangliuqing Museum. In addition, they appreciated exquisite traditional New Year paintings and drawing board and tools that boast cultural values. Some students even tried to draw New Year paintings themselves.

Overseas students were intrigued by family culture and handicrafts and took photos for keeping memory.

Through the social and cultural activities, the students made new friends and understood more about Chinese history and culture. More such activities will be organized to take overseas students out of the campus and help them deepen their experience and understanding of Chinese culture.
